I spent a vacation with my husband in US, it included seven states (Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana). Our trip strated and ended in Dallas where my cousin lives. She gave us a good tip about a market in Canton, near Dallas. ”First Monday Trade Days” is a big four day event where we attended only on the last day. Most of this outfit was found from there.

I bought a vintage petticoat from one stand, it’s puffy and red – just what I needed!
From another stand I found a yellow circle skirt with brown details and dancers applications. I love dancing, so this is just for me! From the same seller I bought the white peasant top, in which there are yellow, red and black stripe. Goes great with the skirt!
Golden metallic purse I’ve purchased at a shop called Curiosities, Dallas. I like it because it’s little bit bigger, so among other things there’s a room for my camera. The purse seems unused.
Bangles are from Adolph Rose Antiques, Vicksburg. (Here are five of the eight, others are blue, green and black)
I had white belt and brown shoes with me, so I was able to use this outfit already in Dallas.

I've been in 50's scene since mid 90's. I started by listening music of that era and soon I got interested in clothing and everything else that includes fifties culture, and forties too. But still music is number one for me!
I mix vintage, repros and new clothes, yet I prefer vintage.
