I took a little break from the city life and headed to the countryside with my family. It snowed a little in the beginning and I enjoyed wading in the snowy nearby forests with my nephew. I spent relaxed days walking around, sitting by a lake and observing nature. The sun would pamper us most of the days highlighting all the wonderful autumn colours, and making the snow and frost glitter and shine.
Outfit: the shoes are these, probably 1960’s wool jacket bought from lovely Cherise, socks from my mother’s stashes (the tag indicated they were bought in the 1980’s) and all the rest from flea markets. These plus-fours are my favourite pair because of the wide cut, they were deadstock, as well as the beret (both 1950’s). The green and red bag is again something from the recession era, made from whatever was on hand; canvas, paper, cardboard and scraps of leather.
Had there still been some snow when the pictures were taken, I would have matched the landscape pretty well.
